This role exists to support sourcing and recruiting process, implement practices that provide the company with a competitive edge for talent, support and plan for employment events, interact with vendors WITHIN recruitment budgets and organization boundaries WITH THE OBJECTIVE to meet the short-term and long-term resource requirements of the organization
Preferably from Footwears/ Garments/FMCG/Leather industries

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Scan market environment for the latest developments in Human Resource Management and identify leading recruitment practices
- Support towards maintaining and updating recruitment sourcing network database , including individuals, agencies, advertisers, and universities and alternative candidate search strategies for current and future recruiting needs
- Carry out initial sourcing checks and validation
- Collate information and evaluation documentation related to recruitment and selection placement programs
- Manage candidate interview scheduling in collaboration with line managers
- Carry out communication and follow-ups with prospective candidates/offered candidates to keep them updated across relevant information
- Support towards conducting recruitment drives, placement process along with relevant administrative stakeholders
- Carry out execution/administration of the employment process across sourcing, maintain information and reports
- Co-ordinate and follow up with line managers to obtain requirement details for open positions and communicate updated status
- Gather information around Recruitment and Selection and create dashboards,
- Analyze and Report across defined recruitment metrics to track performance
- Communicate and co-ordinate the induction schedule to respective stakeholders
- Liaise with respective vendors to ensure communication of requirements; receipt of deliverables
- Collate, track and monitor annual expenses v/s budget for the Recruiting function
Experience Required
3-5 years’ experience in recruitment and selection areas. Handling experience in job portals
Skills Required
. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
