2.       This Paragon Loyalty App is only for Retailers and does not apply to Dealers and Sub-Dealers.

3.       The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the gifts without any prior notification.

4.       All the sales promotion scheme settlements will be through the Paragon Loyalty App only.

5.       The supply of goods will be subject to the availability of stocks.

6.       Goods Supplied will not be taken back.

7.       The photos of the Gifts shown in the Loyalty App are only indicative. 

8.       This Loyalty programme applies only to those who make the payments within the credit terms.

9.       The retailer should accept to receive any communication from the company through the App, SMS, WhatsApp, Email or any other medium. 

10.   The loyalty programme is subject to Tax laws, TDS as applicable will be deducted. Any tax liability in connection with the scheme shall remain with the concerned winner only.

11.   The decision of the company will be final and binding. 

12.   Any dispute related to this loyalty programme will be subject to Bengaluru Jurisdiction.
